Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel your order within 14 days without providing any reason.
The 14-day period starts from the day you receive the goods, or the day a third party (other than the carrier) takes possession of them.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will issue your refund within 30 days.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for your order.
You will not incur any fees for the refund.
Conditions for Return
To qualify for a return, please make sure that:
The goods were purchased within the last 14 days,
The goods are in their original packaging and in unused condition,
You have contacted us before returning the product to obtain approval.
Non-returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Custom-made or personalized products,
Goods that naturally deteriorate over time or have an expired shelf life,
Opened products that cannot be returned for hygienic or health reasons,
Goods that have been inseparably mixed with other products after delivery.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Gifts
If the product was marked as a gift and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit once your return is received.
If the order was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
